The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
If the goods are returned, Coc-Ina will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
If any part of these Terms is found to be or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under the law, this shall not affect in any way the validity, the enforceability or the legality of the remainder of these Terms.
For any issues with a product purchased from Coc-Ina online, and you have not solved such problem with us, you can submit your complaint to the EU online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”). The ODR platform is available here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers (hereinafter "the Customer") with Coc-Ina, VAT number 123456789, headquartered in Milan (MI), through the website, mobile site, or mobile application collectively referred to as "coccandles.com."
By using coccandles.com and/or placing an order, the Customer agrees to comply with the following Terms and Conditions ("the Terms"). Please read and fully understand the Terms before placing an order.
The inclusion of any product or service on coccandles.com at a specific time does not imply or guarantee that such products or services will be available at all times.
Coc-Ina reserves the right to suspend any product at any time. Coc-Ina also reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time and without prior notice. The version of the Terms applicable to the Customer's order is the one displayed on coccandles.com at the time of placing the order.
Coc-Ina aims to provide the best possible online shopping experience. For this, we must ensure that our services work flawlessly. The Customer declares understanding and accepting not to:

Act in a way or use any device that limits, compromises, interferes, or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the coccandles.com website or impacts the site's security.
Use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, equipment, agent, script, or other device or mechanism (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or conduct searches within the site, or to copy content from the site. Coc-Ina reserves the right to immediately prohibit access to the site and close the account of any user who violates these provisions or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Changes to Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices published on coccandles.com include the applicable VAT but exclude shipping costs.
The delivery charges for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of the package. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the order completion process. The standard shipping cost to Italy is €7.99. Please check “Shipping condition” Page to detailed shipping costs.If Coc-Ina is unable to deliver the entire order and multiple shipments are required, no additional charges will be applied to the Customer for the additional shipments. Prices may vary between physical stores, catalogs, and online.

After placing the order, if the Customer has provided an email address, they will receive a confirmation email. If, for any reason, Coc-Ina is unable to fulfill the order, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. If Coc-Ina has already received payment for the order, the amount will be refunded using the same method chosen by the Customer for the payment. If any other arrangements are required, Coc-Ina will inform the Customer and arrange for the refund.
Coc-Ina exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver orders to a residential address or other address in Italy, according to the shipping option selected by the Customer. Coc-Ina will do its best to deliver orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. The aim of Coc-Ina is to deliver orders as quickly as possible (shipping details are indicated on the "Shipping" page). Despite the goal of delivering within the specified timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.

After placing the order, if the Customer has provided an email address, they will receive a confirmation email containing the expected shipping information. The Customer may cancel or return the order from the date of issuance and up to 30 days after receiving the ordered items. If the Customer has been charged for the items, they will receive a refund including standard shipping costs, excluding return costs of the items to Coc-Ina, amounting to €9.90 (from Italy) and 19.90€ (from other countries), if such costs were generated. If the Customer decides to keep some items and only partially cancel the order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Coc-Ina will refund the amount paid using the same method used by the Customer for payment (or, if payment for the goods has not yet been made, the return of the items will be recorded in the account summary) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice, provided Coc-Ina has received the items or proof that the items have been sent to Coc-Ina. A different payment method may be used for the refund, subject to the Customer's consent; in any case, this will not incur additional costs.

Coc-Ina guarantees the refund of all items returned according to Section 5 (Order Cancellation), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were at the time of receipt by the Customer. This means that items must not have been opened, damaged, soiled, and that all labels and tags must be intact.

Payment details can be entered at the time of placing the order, using the PAYPAL service or a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will be reserved on the card immediately but will not be charged until the items are shipped. Coc-Ina reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, credit status in relation to the order value, and the correctness of the buyer's address. Coc-Ina may refuse the order based on the results of these checks.
None of the provisions herein limit or exclude Coc-Ina's liability for any case where an exclusion or limitation of liability would be contrary to the law.
Coc-Ina accepts liability in case of death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or that of its employees or agents. Coc-Ina does not exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees, or agents.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, Coc-Ina shall only be liable for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such a breach.
Coc-Ina is not liable for indirect losses that are a side effect of the main loss or damage, such as loss of profits or opportunities, or for the inability to deliver the goods or fulfill any other obligations stipulated in these terms, when such failure is attributable to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fires, floods, storms, riots, civil unrest, war, nuclear accidents, and terrorist activities.
The maximum liability of Coc-Ina for any loss or damage related to the order placed on coccandles.com shall be limited to the total price of the order.

If the purchased goods have defects, Coc-Ina will comply with all applicable warranty regulations. If the Customer wishes to make a complaint regarding an obvious defect in material or manufacturing in the goods provided by us, including damages resulting from transportation, the Customer is requested to notify it by immediately returning the goods to Coc-Ina, contacting us at info@coccandles.com.
Coc-Ina reserves the right to assign any payment credit due and arising from the delivery of goods, including any debt due to third parties.
If any part of these Terms is or becomes void, illegal, or unenforceable under the law, this shall not affect the validity, applicability, or legitimacy of the remaining Terms.
