Shipping & Returns Policy


Our online store, offering artisanal "Coc-Ina" candles, ships within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and China. If you live elsewhere and wish to purchase our products, please contact us.

Prices & Couriers


The shipments are handled via DHL (International Transport) and GLS (National Transport)

After dispatching the order, if the customer has provided their email address, they will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link to trace the order.

Shipping charges vary based on the destination. Shipping costs will be clearly indicated at checkout.



Liability & Responsibility


The agreement between the seller, CocIna, and the buyer is deemed complete once the buyer completes the payment process. We accept responsibility in the event of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by negligence of our employees or agents. We do not exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees or our agents.


In case of violation of these Terms, CocIna will be liable only for losses that are a reasonable and predictable consequence of such violation. We shall not be held responsible for any indirect losses arising as a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example, loss of profits or opportunities; neither for the failure to deliver the goods or to fulfill our other obligations under these terms, whenever such failure is attributable to an event outside of our reasonable control.


Returns Policy & Warranty


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the purchased goods have any defects, CocIna will comply with all current warranty regulations.
